New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

vip take reserves the right to void bets and refund the original stake in the event of errors in odds, live scores, or result-determining technology. The right to correct any payment errors caused by technical issues is also reserved.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Operating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Renting or selling an account to a third party.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

9.1 vip take's Rights

vip take may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Use of a false identity or false age.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

9.2 Member's Rights

An account may be closed at any time by submitting a request via live chat or email. Before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance (excluding bonuses).
